The Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai hosted a visit by a group of 21 Singapore youths from the Southeast Community Development Council’s ‘My First Break’ programme last week. The youths were in Shanghai and Zhejiang to learn more about the local business environment and to develop their interest in entrepreneurship.
