CG Ong Siew Gay's meeting with Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association President Wu Qidi

CG Ong Siew Gay hosted lunch for Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association (SORSA) President Wu Qidi in April 2014. Founded in 1913, SORSA is a Chinese NGO aimed at connecting Chinese overseas returned scholars. It currently has 6000 members with 40 chapters.
