CG Ong Siew Gay attended the 2015 “Start-of-Work” Ceremony at the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) on 23 September 2015. In his address, he remarked that the SIP’s success as the first Government-to-Government bilateral platform project between Singapore and China has allowed both countries to embark on further platforms to deepen engagement. Bilateral cooperation over the SIP should continue to evolve in tandem with the needs and interests of both sides. A copy of CG’s speech can be found here.
