From 20 Nov 2023 onwards, all renunciations of Singapore Citizenship must be made online via https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/for-singapore-citizens/renunciation. All payments will also be collected online.
Applicants will be prompted to return the documents listed below after payment, which can be either be submitted to Singapore Trade Office or directly to ICA at Review 1, ICA Building, Level 6, 10 Kallang Road, Singapore 2098718.
a. Statutory Declaration of Renunciation Form
b. Advisory Note on Renunciation Implication Form
c. MINDEF Advisory Note (for male applicants only)
d. Singapore Identity Card, Valid Singapore passport and/or Singapore Citizenship Certificate (where applicable)
