Countries Requiring Visa
Japanese Nationals do not need to apply for a visa to travel to Singapore for leisure/business. However, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

Visa Application
1. Online via Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE)
Visa can be applied online through a local contact if he/she is a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old and has a SingPass account. Visa application should be submitted 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore. The local contact is required to furnish his/her passport details during the application in SAVE.
2. At the Embassy
Visa applications have been outsourced to authorised visa agents, who will submit the applications and collect the visas on behalf of their applicants.
The visa application fee is JPY 3,400. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the application outcome. In addition, a service fee will be charged by the authorised visa agents for services rendered to visa applicants.
