INVITATION TO TENDER – TENDER REFERENCE NO. PC 02-2022
The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Tender for the Provision of Security Manpower Services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR for a period of 2 years from 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025, with the option to extend for a further 2 years from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2027.

The Tender briefing will be held on Thursday, 13 October 2022 at 2.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Registration to attend the Tender briefing must be made before 13 October 2022, 12 noon (Vientiane Time). Please take note that attendance to the Tender briefing is COMPULSORY.
Please submit your Tender proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to Tender will close on Wednesday, 9 November 2022, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Late submission will be disqualified.
The submitted Tender proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Tender.
The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
