The Consular Counter services are strictly by pre-scheduled appointments made at least one working day in advance via https://calendly.com/singemb_tyo/consular-service-appointment, with service unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, and Singapore's National Day (9 August).
ICA has recently updated its advisory note on Application for Long-Term Immigration Facilities Through Commerical Entities or Consultants.
With effect from 20 January 2021, legalisation of documents in Singapore will be performed by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).
In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the Consular counter service at the Embassy will be available strictly by appointment only with effect from Wednesday, 8 April 2020.
