The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our Embassy in Cairo continue to monitor the situation in Egypt closely. The situation in Egypt has improved but some uncertainties remain. The Ministry therefore continues to advise Singaporeans to defer non-essential travel to Egypt. For their safety, Singaporeans are reminded to be alert, monitor the news closely, observe instructions by local security authorities and avoid areas of public gatherings and disturbances. |
