President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have written to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, and Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail respectively, to offer their sympathies over the disappearance of EgyptAir Flight MS 804 on 19 May 2016. As there were many French nationals on that flight, President Tan and Prime Minister Lee have also written letters to French President François Hollande and French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, respectively.
