INVITATION TO TENDER
The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva is inviting tenderers for the provision of security manpower services at the Permanent Mission of Singapore (“Chancery”) located at Avenue du Pailly 10, 1219 Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland. The contract for the tender is for two (2) years starting from 21 June 2025 to 20 June 2027 with the option to extend further for one (1) year.

3 Interested bidders shall make an appointment to attend a tender briefing which is a compulsory component of the tender. Bids submitted by bidders who did not attend the briefing will not be accepted. The tender briefing will take place on Friday, 20 December 2024 at 1000 hrs at the Chancery.
4 Please contact Attaché (Admin & Technical), Mr Wilson NEO at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg for arrangements concerning the tender briefing.
5 Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Permanent Mission by hand as stipulated in the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’. The closing date for the tender is Friday, 24 January 2025 at 1700 hrs (Geneva time). Tenderers who are not able to comply with Annex C – Conditions of Contract, may submit their respective sales agreements for consideration.
6 The Permanent Mission does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of any Tender Offer.
7 The tender schedule and award notice will be published on the website of the Permanent Mission at www.mfa.gov.sg/geneva-wto.
