The Vietnam – Singapore Training Centre (VSTC) will be hosting a training course on Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Public Sector from 27 May to 31 May 2013 in Hanoi. The course, conducted by the Centre for Organisational Effectiveness (COE), is sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the framework of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI).
2 The 5-day training course aims to equip leaders and human resource professionals with skills and knowledge to refine and shape the value of human resource development for employees, customers and investors. The course also focuses on the management of talent and efficiency within public sector organisations. Methodology of the course will include case studies, lectures and peer-group discussion, real case application, best practice sharing and case examples from Singapore’s Public Service.
3 The course will be attended by over 30 officials from various ministries and agencies in Hanoi, as well as other cities and provinces such as Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City. These officials are involved in managing human resource in their respective organisations.
