The Vietnam – Singapore Training Centre (VSTC) in Hanoi today, 29 July 2013, opens a five-day training course on Effective ICT Management and Masterplan Formulation for Senior Managers. The course, which is conducted by Aegle Sight Pte Ltd, is sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the framework of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI).
2 The training course aims to provide participants with essential skills and knowledge to be effective ICT managers with the ability to do master planning. Methodology of the training course will include presentations by the lecturer, sharing of case studies and group discussions.
3 The course is attended by mid to senior government officials from IT departments from various government agencies such as the Office of the National Assembly, Office of the Government, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, General Department of Vietnam Customs and Vietnam Television.
