Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Renovation Works and the Outfitting of Loose Furniture at the Vietnam-Singapore Cooperation Centre for the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite tenders for the provision of Renovation Works and the Outfitting of Loose Furniture at the Vietnam-Singapore Cooperation Centre for the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the tender package. Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the tender documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The tender opening period will be from 17 October to 24 November 2017
All interested parties must submit their sealed tender proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi and addressed to the Government of the Republic of Singapore; Attention: Mr Tay Lai Huat, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) latest by 1700 hrs (GMT +7) on 24 November 2017. Late submissions will be disqualified.
3. Validity of Tender
The submitted tender proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
