Invitation to Quote for the provision of Vietnam language training course for officer at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the provision of Vietnam language training courses for officers at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.
The contract period is from 20 August 2018 to 9 November 2018.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule). The Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.
All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.
2. Closing Date
The quotation opening period will be from 4 July 2018 0900 hrs to 12 July 2018 1700 hrs.
All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tay Lai Huat latest by 5.00pm on 12 July 2018. Late submissions will be disqualified.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
