Invitation to Quote for the M&E Maintenance Contract for the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the M&E maintenance contract for our Chancery at 41-43 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
The contract period is for 2 years from 1 December 2014 to 30 November 2016.

2. Closing Date
All quotations must be emailed to Hanoi_Procurement@sgmfa.gov.sg latest by 5.00pm on Thursday, 9 Oct 2014. Late submissions will be disqualified.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website.
