Invitation to Quote for provision of new customised furniture pieces for Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations to provide new customised furniture pieces at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Joanna Agnes Calalang at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents. The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract, requirement specifications and price schedule) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Joanna if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The quotation will be opened from 20 September 2021, 0900 hrs to 1 October 2021, 1700 hrs.
All interested bidders must come to the Embassy at 41 Tran Phu to complete a compulsory site survey on 21 September 2021, between 10am to 11:30am, prior to bid submission mentioned in Para 4 (Note: If this timing is unsuitable, pls contact the Embassy to arrange a separate timing within the same day).
All interested parties must submit their quotations, i.e. completed price schedule form (Annex D), design proposals, company profile and past clients to hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00pm on 1 October 2021 (Hanoi time). Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
