Invitation to Quote for replacement of selected doors, toilet fittings and tiles for Singapore Residence
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations to provide replacement doors, toilet fittings and tiles for selected areas in the Singapore Residence in Hanoi.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Tan Huay Peng at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents. The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract, requirement specifications and price schedule) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Tan if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extension will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The quotation will be opened from 7 October 2021, 0900 hrs to 15 October 2021, 1700 hrs.
All interested bidders must come to the Residence at 2A Chu Van An, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi to complete a compulsory site survey on 11 October 2021 from 10:00am to 11:30am, prior to bid submission mentioned in Para 4. Bidders should contact the Embassy at +84-24-3848-9168 to confirm your attendance for the above-mentioned site visit. Please bring along your identification card for registration purposes.
All interested parties must submit their quotations, i.e. completed price schedule form (Annex D), design proposals and company profile to hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00pm on 15 October 2021 (Hanoi time). Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
