Invitation to Quote for supply & delivery of a multi-purpose vehicle for Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the supply & delivery of a multi-purpose vehicle of 3,000cc or less for official use for the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi, that meets the “Euro V” emission criteria.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and specifications of current vehicle). The Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and specifications of current vehicle) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
Quotation opening period will be from 8 June 2023, 0900 hrs to 21 June 2023, 1700 hrs.
All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00pm on 21 June 2023. Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

5. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
