To ensure such assistance is rendered promptly, the duty officer will not be able to assist with calls unrelated to urgent consular issues. If your passport is lost or stolen, please ensure that you lodge a police report immediately and request for a copy of this report. You should contact the nearest Singapore Mission and approach them for assistance to faciliate your return to Singapore.
