All visitors travelling to Singapore must satisfy the following requirements:
Visa requirements
A visa is a pre-entry requirement for nationals from visa-required countries, and possession of a visa does not guarantee a visitor's entry into Singapore. Visitors must fulfill other prevailing entry requirements before they can be considered for entry.
Visa application is required for citizens / passport holders of the following countries:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, People's Republic of China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen
You will also need a visa if you are travelling on:
Incomplete visa applications will be rejected. No reasons will be given in cases where applications are rejected.

Visa applications may be submitted at the Embassy between 8:30 am and 12 noon and collected between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
Fees
The visa processing fee is US$22 per visa, irrespective of the type or duration of visa. This fee is non-refundable.
Processing Time (excluding the day of submission)
Five to seven working days, excluding the day of submission, Cambodian and Singapore public holidays.
